Summer 2010 Dates coming soon!


This course is appropriate for nursing students, physicians, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.  Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers teaches CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction skills for adult and pediatric victims.  It includes training on two-rescuer CPR and the use of bag-masks and automated external defibrillators (AED).  Course length is approximately 41/2 hours (including a break).  Successful completion of skills testing and written examination are required in order to receive a BLS healthcare provider course completion card.  The fee for this training is $40.00.
